The Role
TimeEdit has a well-run highly automated finance function (Younium Bright Analytics Looker Studio HubSpot). This role is not about building the basics but about stepping up our game to use financial and operational insight to continue fueling our scale-up journey. Given our growth trajectory the role will evolve and expand over time.
As a Junior Financial Controller at TimeEdit your responsibilities will include:
- Managing our AR and AP processes including contract management invoicing and collection
- Project administration and monthly reporting of relevant KPIs
- Overseeing our expense management systems and making sure reporting is done timely and accurate
- Being responsible for all customer contact in regards to invoicing order management etc
- Supporting the Controller in month-end close reconciliations and key financials. Day-to-day accounting for each entity is outsourced but consolidation and reporting are handled in-house
- Seeking process improvements and automation in accounting
