- Process Engineer -Finishing 工艺工程师-表面处理
- PURPOSE 目标
- This role is dedicated to provide engineering support in the design development and optimization of finishing process related manufacturing solutions for new and existing products and or processes. 该职位致力于与表面处理工序相关的制造方案的设计开发和优化为新的和现有的产品或工 艺提供工程支持
- ACCOUNTABILITIES 职责
- Plan design develop introduce and implement finishing process solutions. 计划设计开发和实施表面处理工艺方法
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation for finishing process. 推动表面处理工艺持续的改进和创新
- Introduce advanced methodology to the site. 向工厂引进先进的制造方法
- Manage current finishing process capacity and implement capacity expansion if required to meet future capacity demands. 管理表面处理工艺生产力并在需要时扩展产能以满足未来的产能需求
- Define equipments configuration; introduce equipment by working with Purchasing I/E Facility Maintenance Quality; finish EVA and work instruction before handing it to Production. 定义设备配置通过采购I / E设备维护质量等方式引入设备; 在移交生产前完成 EVA 和工作指导
