Business Development Representative (German-speaking)

Krakow Poland Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)

We are currently hiring a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join a global Cloud project based in Krakow. This role is ideal for sales-driven professionals who want to grow their career in B2B sales and cloud solutions within an international environment.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Representative you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities engaging with potential clients and supporting the growth of the Google Cloud customer base.

You will work closely with businesses across the German market helping them understand and adopt cloud solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the German market
  • Engage with potential clients through outbound and inbound channels
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects
  • Understand client needs and position Google Cloud solutions effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales success
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in German (C1/C2 level)
  • Good command of English (B2 minimum)
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven with a proactive mindset
  • Interest in technology cloud solutions and digital transformation
  • Open to relocating to Krakow and working in a hybrid model

Working Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • Flexible start time between 07:00 10:00
  • Latest finish at 19:00

Compensation

  • Base salary: 11000 PLN gross/month
  • Quarterly bonus: starting from 5000 PLN gross (performance-based with growth potential)

Training & Onboarding

  • 3 weeks of onsite product training
  • Continuous learning and development opportunities

Relocation & Support

  • Relocation to Krakow required
  • One-time relocation bonus: 2600 PLN gross (paid after start)
  • Residence card support provided
