We are looking for aSenior Technical Analyst to join our growing Data & AI team. This role is ideal for an experienced practitioner who thrives at the intersection of business andtechnology andhas a strongtrack recordof delivering end-to-end data AI and automation solutions.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across industries leading strategic and technical engagements that shape howorganisationsadopt scale and govern data and AI capabilities.

Lead the design and delivery ofData & AI strategiesaligned to client business objectives
Architect and implementmodern data platforms and analytics solutions(e.g.Microsoft Fabric Databricks Azure ecosystem)
Driveend-to-end delivery of data AI and automation initiatives including ownership of scope budget and team coordination (onshore/offshore)
Design and upliftdata governance frameworks including policies standards and controls
Define andprioritiseAI and GenAI use cases assessing value feasibility and implementation pathways
Shape and implementtarget operating modelsfor data and AI functions (people process technology governance)
Leadclient workshops and stakeholder engagements translating complex technical concepts into business-relevant insights
Overseedata migration integration and transformationprogrammesacross enterprise systems (e.g.SAP Salesforce Oracle)
Contribute tobusiness development and pre-sales including RFP/RFI responses solution architecture and cost estimation
Mentor and develop junior team members supporting capability uplift across Data & AI
Stay at the forefront ofemerging technologies particularly across AI GenAI automation and advanced analytics

Werelooking for candidates who bring a strong blend of technical depth delivery leadership and strategic thinking within the Data & AI space.
5 years experiencein consulting technology or data-focused roles
Proven experience deliveringend-to-end data AI or automation solutionsin complex enterprise environments
Strongexpertiseindata platforms and cloud technologies(e.g.Azure Microsoft Fabric Databricks)
Hands-on experience withdata engineering integration and transformation workflows(e.g.pipelines APIs notebooks)
Experience withAI/ML solutions automation or RPA tools(e.g.Python Databricks UiPathBluePrism)
Solid understanding ofdata strategy and governance frameworks
Demonstrated ability tolead teams and manage stakeholders including senior client engagement
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure and deliver complex initiatives
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
Desirable:
Experience across industries such as public sector healthcare financial services orlogistics
Exposure toGenAI use cases and implementations
Experience withPower Platform ServiceNow SAP or Salesforce ecosystems
Involvement inpre-sales business development or solution architecture
