Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow their career in B2B sales within a fast-paced high-impact environment. You will play a key role in generating and qualifying leads building strong client relationships and supporting the overall sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify B2B leads through proactive outbound prospecting.
  • Engage and connect with key decision-makers across HR Finance and SME sectors.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach strategies including cold calls emails and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships using a consultative sales approach.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support and grow the sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • 23 years of experience in B2B sales lead generation or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Malaysian market and business landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Confident proactive and results-driven with strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
