Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through proactive outbound prospecting.
- Engage and connect with key decision-makers across HR Finance and SME sectors.
- Execute multi-channel outreach strategies including cold calls emails and LinkedIn engagement.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using a consultative sales approach.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support and grow the sales pipeline.
Requirements
- 23 years of experience in B2B sales lead generation or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian market and business landscape.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Confident proactive and results-driven with strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
