This employee accepts payments for court-ordered assessments enters data into an automated case management system prepares deposits to financial institutions contacts offenders whose accounts are delinquent and prepares payment plans.

- Compute fiscal/financial transactions.
- Reconcile transactions/accounts.
- Review to ensure compliance with required documentation signatures and rules/regulations.
- Record fiscal/financial transactions to various financial information systems.
- Interact with public/private sector to provide/obtain information.
- Compile information/develop reports for use by others.
- Monitor balances and report discrepancies.
Job Requirements
Applicants must have education training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:
- Experience in processing financial transactions in areas such as accounting or cashiering.
- Experience in providing customer service over the phone in person and in writing.
- Experience handling multiple payment methods (i.e. cash checks credit cards).
- Experience keyboarding preferably at a rate of at least 40 words per minute.
- Knowledge of recordkeeping which includes maintaining records logs and filing systems.
- Possession of a valid Drivers License (not suspended revoked or cancelled or disqualified from driving) or a non-expired State issued identification card.
- Must be able to lift a box of paper (approx. 40lbs).
Conditions of Hire
A satisfactory criminal background check is required as a condition of hire.
Direct deposit of paychecks is required as a condition of hire.
