Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire Line Leads for a food distribution warehouse located in Greenville! The facility is temperature controlled due to the product in warehouse.
Qualifications for Line Leads:
After meeting all of PPS standard qualifications Candidate must meet below qualifications:
Must have at least 2 years of recent experience as a production lead.
Must have an upbeat and positive attitude.
Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.
Assignment Duties for Line Leads:
Lead and direct their assigned team to meet production.
Weekly/daily scheduling of production runs.
Responsible for the operational productivity quality and efficiency for respective requirements.
Communicate coach train and counsel all individual team members.
Shift Details: Monday-Friday 6:00AM-3:00PM
Pay Rate: $12.82/hour
