What Youll Do
As a Tax Senior youll manage and review complex tax engagements ensuring accuracy compliance and top-quality client service. Youll be both hands-on in tax work and an emerging leader for junior staff.
- Review and prepare complex individual partnership and corporate tax returns.
- Supervise and mentor tax staff providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
- Manage multiple engagements simultaneously ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Collaborate with managers and partners on tax planning and strategic client support.
- Stay informed on evolving tax laws to provide proactive client advice.
- Assist in process improvements workflow management and staff training initiatives.
- Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and high-quality service.
What You Bring
- 2 years of progressive public accounting experience focused on tax compliance and planning.
- Strong understanding of individual corporate and partnership tax returns.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting (Masters in Taxation a plus).
- Active CPA license or in the process of completion.
- Ability to balance detailed technical work with emerging leadership responsibilities.
