We are seeking a Nursing Assistantto:
Prepare patients for the Operating Room and/or procedure requiring anesthesia.
Obtain vital signs reposition patients and comfort patients.
Ability to cross-train as a health unit coordinator. You will prepare charts for the following days patients check-in patients and order department supplies.
Interact and engage with patients and their families to establish a trusting relationship and assist with wayfinding.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and Graduate of State of Wisconsin Approved Nursing Assistant program Required
Work Experience:
- 1 year recent experience as a Nursing Assistant Preferred
Licenses & Certifications:
- Listed on the Wisconsin Nurse Assistant/Home Health Aid Registry Upon Hire Required
- BLS/CPR certification within 3 months Required
