1.0 FTE Day/ Evening. Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts between the hours of 7:00am-11pm with primary hours being 7am-3:30pm and 11:30am - 8pm.

Pay:

External hires may be eligible for up to a $3000 sign on bonus.

We are seeking a Nursing Assistantto:

Prepare patients for the Operating Room and/or procedure requiring anesthesia.
Obtain vital signs reposition patients and comfort patients.
Ability to cross-train as a health unit coordinator. You will prepare charts for the following days patients check-in patients and order department supplies.
Interact and engage with patients and their families to establish a trusting relationship and assist with wayfinding.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent and Graduate of State of Wisconsin Approved Nursing Assistant program Required

Work Experience:

1 year recent experience as a Nursing Assistant Preferred

Licenses & Certifications:

Listed on the Wisconsin Nurse Assistant/Home Health Aid Registry Upon Hire Required
BLS/CPR certification within 3 months Required
