Job Summary
A leading organisation within the asset management and services sector is seeking an experienced Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) Manager to take ownership of its health safety and compliance framework. This is a strategic and hands-on role ideal for a proactive professional who can drive a strong safety culture across multiple operational sites.
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
Professional registration (e.g. SACPCMP or equivalent) advantageous
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar OSH role preferably in fleet logistics construction or plant environments
Strong knowledge of South African health and safety legislation
Proven experience managing multi-site safety operations
Excellent investigation analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement ability
Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management systems
