Job Summary
Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification) plus an accredited secretarial diploma and/or administrative qualification on the level of NQF level 5 or relevant higher tertiary qualification; A minimum of 3 years experience in rendering a support service to management/ senior management.
Competencies
Knowledge of the following: Relevant legislation/policies/prescripts and procedures; Basic knowledge of financial administration. Skills in the following: Computer literacy in MS Office Package (Word Excel PowerPoint); Communication skills (written and verbal); Interpersonal and decision-making skills; Customer service orientation; Organising and planning;Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
