Job Description:
L3 Harris Technologies is seeking an individual to support Program Finance and join the Finance Department of Military Displays. This position will be responsible for supporting programs financial control and will work as a key business partner to Program Managers and functional teams to establish and maintain the programs financial plan including completing OSPI forecasting and analysis preparing EACs and various adhoc analyses.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for managing preparing administering and directing control of budgets for large and/or complex programs. Generate budgets forecast funding profiles to ensure adequate funding is available and within negotiated positions.
- Monitor and control costs for both internal and external customers.
- Perform Estimate at Completions (EACs) assess profit impacts and provide variance explanations
- Responsible for P&L forecasting of Orders Sales Profit and Investments including identifying Risks & Opportunities (R&O) as well as preparing various ad hoc financial analyses and presenting as required to Sr. Management.
- Interface with various levels of management Program Office and functional departments to support programs.
- Ability to obtain US Government Clearance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related lieu of a degree minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Knowledge and/or experience in financial performance reporting internal/external customer reporting budgeting financial systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint
