Requirements:
The Caregiver will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. The ideal candidate is patient compassionate and reliable.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
- Assist with mobility walking and physical therapy exercises
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Light housekeeping activities
- Medication reminders
- Provide companionship
- Assist with errands and shopping
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
- Previous experience as a Caregiver Home Health Aide or similar role is preferred
- First aid and CPR certified preferred
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Compassionate respectful ethical
Preferred
- Caregivers who have a car for reliable transportation as long as it is well-maintained and suitable for safely transporting themselves and if needed the client.
- With 3 years well well-seasoned dementia experience
