Job Summary

Position: Project Control Officer
Location: Oshawa ON (Onsite)
Structure: Contract 12 months to start
Pay:$70.00 - $78.00 p/h inc. HST

Deliverables

Develop and maintain project controls frameworks including cost baselines resource plans forecasts and dashboards to support project performance tracking.
Produce regular project reporting including status updates variance analysis earned value metrics and cash flow forecasts for stakeholders.
Manage change control processes including maintaining change logs tracking impacts and supporting corrective actions and recovery planning.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between estimates budgets schedules and project control systems.

Experience Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in cost control project controls or project management support within engineering construction or infrastructure environments.
Strong analytical skills with experience performing variance analysis forecasting earned value management and financial reporting.
Experience working with project control structures such as WBS and cost breakdown structures including budget and baseline management.
Advanced proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel and other project reporting or analytics tools.
Degree in engineering construction management or a quantitative discipline with strong communication collaboration and multitasking abilities.
