- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel/SharePoint/Outlook/Etc)
- Datacenter Technician Installation/Configuration/Troubleshooting
- Experience in MSOs Architectures (multiple-system operators) including HFC (Hybrid Fiber Coax) DAA (Distributed Access Architecture) PON (Passive Optical Network) etc.
- Intermediate knowledge of Critical Infrastructure systems (power/space/cooling) and their importance to Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM).
Roles and Responsibilities - Daily physical installation and maintenance support of Comcast Labs in Chennai
- Understanding and troubleshooting complex development networks including CRAN/NDC/DAA/HFC Video and Cloud.
- Routine maintenance and reporting of on-site Critical Infrastructure metrics (Power/Space/Cooling)
- Remote Hands support for RF Testing networks and various development technologies
- Responsibility to complete and oversee the racking/bonding/wiring of all company assets in strict adherence to Comcast and NEC standards.
