Job Summary
Total experience - 5 to 7 years.
Should have strong support knowledge and understanding on retail ecommerce flow -
Web and Mobile technologies 1 t0 2 Years
Proficiency in JVM API microservices troubleshooting and analysis.
Proficiency in one or more languages commonly used for automation and tooling such as
Python Go or Java. Any one Language
Good Knowledge on Cassandra (must) and Postgres database. Knowledge is required
Hands-on experience with major cloud providers like Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure. knowledge on Cloud platform
Monitor and resolve issues in production environment handle critical incidents and
resolve it within SLA
Familiar with Monitoring tools such as Splunk Dynatrace Grafana etc.
Knowledge on ticketing tool
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with development
operations and product teams.
