| Develop implement and maintain QMS as per ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 standards and customer-specific requirements |
| Manage incoming in-process and final inspection of sheet metal stamping and welded components |
| Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) for internal and customer complaints |
| Handle customer quality communication audits and 8D reporting |
| Prepare and manage internal customer and certification audits |
| Support MRM document control and QMS awareness/training programs |
| Ensure compliance with welding standards (WPS PQR) and inspection procedures |
| Lead and guide quality engineers inspectors and operators |
| Maintain NCR tracking audit readiness and quality system discipline |
| Drive continuous improvement and supplier/customer quality initiatives |
| Required Skills & Knowledge |
| Strong knowledge of sheet metal welding (MIG/MAG TIG Spot Projection) and press shop operations |
| Good understanding of engineering drawings GD&T and material specifications |
| Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection techniques |
| Strong leadership problem-solving and team management skills |
| Experience in MSIL T-1 VSA audit / MACE T-2 VSA audit and Green Supplier initiatives |
| Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and Core Tools (APQP FMEA PPAP SPC MSA) |
| Good communication and customer handling skills |
| Experience in audit preparation and quality system implementation |
| Preferred Qualifications |
| Lead Auditor ISO 9001 or Internal Auditor IATF 16949 |
| Exposure to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 |
| Experience in automotive OEM or Tier-1 supplier environment |
| Diploma / BE / in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering |
| Experience:- 5 to 7 years in sheet metal Industries |
