Job Summary
- End-to-end product lifecycle ownership for vacuum measurement portfolio
- Strategic portfolio alignment prioritization execution
- Leadership coaching and development of Product Management team
- Cross-functional collaboration with R&D Marketing Sales Operations external partners
- Market research and Voice-of-Customer guidance; translation into product strategy & value propositions
- Chairing of product and portfolio review meetings; data-driven decision processes
- Portfolio-level product positioning and messaging alignment
- Development and deployment of value-selling tools business cases marketing assets
- Go-to-market planning and execution (launches trainings events)
- Promotion of innovation customer focus continuous improvement culture
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Physics Engineering Business or related field; MBA preferred
- 5 years product management experience in technical/engineering industries
- Experience leading or mentoring Product Managers or cross-functional teams
- Strong strategic and analytical skills; portfolio prioritization capability
- Technical acumen in test & measurement or comparable systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; stakeholder influence
- Collaborative adaptable leadership style; effective in dynamic environments
- Professional English proficiency; German is a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
