Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager (f/m/div) for the development of sophisticated ASICs for consumer electronics products. You will lead technically complex projects manage international teams and work closely with external partners including semiconductor foundries.
- Within the dedicated projects you are responsible for targets with respect to scope time quality and budget
- As a central contact person you coordinate tasks with internal and external stakeholders including foundry business partners
- Based on your monitoring you report the project status to relevant stakeholders
- You develop and implement recovery plans for unforeseen occurrences
- You lead support and motivate a cross functional team in an international and global environment
Qualifications :
- Personality: Enthusiastic and creative team player willingness to work in an international and interdisciplinary environment assertive and analytical
- Working Style: Quality oriented independent working style; clear and stake-holder oriented communication
- Experience and Knowledge: Deep knowledge of mixed signal ASIC design and semi-conductor processes required; minimum 5 years of professional experience in IC development and several years of experiences in leadings a team in technical projects
- Languages: Proficient English (C1) and advanced German (B1) language skills beneficial
- Education: . / Dipl.- Electrical Engineering / Physics or comparable qualification
