Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Intercompany Analyst to support our global
finance this role you will manage intercompany transactions
reconciliations settlements and month-end close activities while partnering closely
with regional and global finance teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
working with numbers solving discrepancies and driving process excellence in a
multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process intercompany transactions invoices and journal entries.
Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations and resolve mismatches with
global entities.
Support month-end close activities including preparing IC reports and
schedules.
Coordinate with local and global finance teams to validate balances and ensure
timely settlements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards internal controls and transfer
pricing guidelines.
Support internal/external audits with documentation and explanations.
Identify process gaps contribute to automation projects and help strengthen IC
governance.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance.
25 years of experience in intercompany RTR or general accounting.
Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP).
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
Solid Excel skills (Pivot VLOOKUP reconciliations).
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
High accuracy ownership and ability to work under tight
Experience working in a global shared services environment.
Exposure to Intercompany accounting transfer pricing and intercompany
settlements.
