Job Summary
- Coordinate the onboarding of hundreds of suppliers into the new Ariba Supplier Portal.
- Support suppliers throughout account creation and system activation.
- Act as a central point of contact between suppliers supply & Procurement agents SAP teams and the project team.
- Build and maintain the supplier deployment plan.
- Track tasks risks and actions in Excel and follow up with stakeholders as needed.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate channels and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with team members and internal partners to ensure smooth deployment progress.
- Prepare clear professional deployment status presentations for various levels of leadership.
- Create/Maintain up to date dashboards and progress summaries.
- Communicate regularly with different teams to ensure alignment and visibility on deployment activities.
Qualifications :
- 23 years of experience in supplier relationship management or supply chain coordination.
- Bilingual English & French (fully fluent). Spanish is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (tracking dashboards) and PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations).
- Strong communication analytical and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm and solution focused.
- Autonomous proactive and resourceful.
- Able to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong organizational skills (planning tracking prioritization).
- Comfortable working in the grey zoneable to move forward despite ambiguity.
- Flexibility and ability to pivot based on project priorities and urgency.
Assets (Nice to Have):
- Experience working with SAP Ariba.
- Background in aerospace or manufacturing environments.
- Understanding of procurement supplier management or digital transformation projects.
