ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a software developer you will be working together with other developers and cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and deliver solutions to HDD manufacturing software applications

• Assist in the development testing and maintenance of HDD manufacturing software applications using C#
• Write and optimize SQL queries to manage and manipulate data in MS SQL databases
• Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and deliver solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of coding standards
• Document software functionality and technical processes
• Deploy software deployment and evaluate users feedback
• Comply with project plans and industry standards
• Work in team with minimum supervision on tight project deadlines.
• Propose and contribute new ideas modern approaches and innovative solutions to improve MVX system capabilities and development processes
• Research and recommend emerging technologies or tools that can enhance manufacturing software performance

Qualifications :

REQUIRED:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering Information Technology or equivalent experience
• 02 years of work experience and welcome new grads. 
• Basic knowledge of C#.NET  and LINQ
• Familiarity with MS SQL and ability to write basic SQL queries
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies
• Understanding of development to support abstract factory patterns with Object Oriented approach
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Growth mindset with eagerness to learn challenge existing processes and bring fresh perspectives to software development

PREFFERED:

• Experience as an Intern - Software Developer or experience in manufacturing-related environment would be an added advantage
• Knowledge of other programming languages or frameworks
• Familiarity with version control systems like GitHub
• Exposure to modern development practices such as Agile DevOps or CI/CD pipelines
• Interest or academic project experience in data analytics automation or AI/ML concepts applicable to manufacturing

SKILLS:

• Demonstrate a good level of English proficiency (written / verbal)
• Strong listening communication interpersonal and relational skills to develop a good relationship within the organization
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Creative thinker who can bridge academic knowledge with real-world manufacturing system challenges
• Ability to independently explore and propose technology improvements with minimal guidance
