Position Title: Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: New Oxford PA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available (Day Evening and Night)

Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). In this role you will deliver high-quality patient care ensuring residents comfort safety and well-being while adhering to established care plans. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to the RN or physician
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene mobility and feeding
- Maintain accurate timely and compliant patient documentation
- Follow infection control policies and safety procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license (state or compact)
- Minimum 12 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or similar setting
- Strong clinical and patient care skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a travel assignment environment
Education
- Diploma or Certificate in Practical Nursing from an accredited institution
Certifications & Documentation
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA preferred)
- COVID-19 vaccination documentation (if required by facility)
- Valid government-issued ID
Preferred Experience
- Background in long-term care rehabilitation or SNF settings
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
