主導所負責模組之製程與設備改善專案
PE技術主責角色包含
-設備效能與 tool matching 改善
-製程視窗process window優化
-良率成本與 cycle time 改善
-透過數據與實務經驗進行 RCASPC / DOE / FDC / 設備訊號
與設備製造良率品質RD 團隊密切合作
支援 NPI新製程導入製程移轉與驗證
-分享最佳實務指導 junior 工程師提升團隊技術水準

*條件要求
工程相關科系大學以上學歷
具備半導體PE量產實務經驗
能夠從問題定義到解決方案落地全程負責
具備良好分析能力與實際執行力

加分條件
曾主導跨部門或 task force 改善專案
熟悉以下任一者尤佳
Tool matching / chamber control
設備健康監控
進階 DOE / SPC

有帶人或技術領導經驗
有意朝資深技術專家或模組負責人發展
