Job Summary
Our client a well-established multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Planner to join their project controls team in Johannesburg.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in engineering or a relevant discipline
- Sound technical knowledge in a multi-discipline project environment
- Proficiency in Primavera Project Planner P6
- Strong understanding of project management principles and risk management
- Knowledge of forms of contract (e.g. NEC FIDIC)
- Knowledge of estimating and tendering processes
- Technical overview of work methods and construction techniques
- A strong personal commitment to safety and behavioural-based safety principles
- Valid drivers license
- Own reliable transport
