As a Labor Relations Manager at Terex/Genie based in Monterrey México (Ciénega de Flores) youll play a pivotal role in manage employee-employer relationship. main contact with union representatives

What youll do
- Address and resolve labor conflicts

-Represent the company with union

-Design strategies to maintain a stable work environment

-Ensure proper administration of labor processes

-Advise leaders and management

What youll bring experience required:
- Deep knowledge of the Federal Labor Law regulations NOMs and all other applicable labor legislation
- Experience with labor indicators such as turnover absenteeism work climate discipline and negotiation metrics. Management of internal and external labor audits.
- Direct participation in union negotiations collective bargaining agreement (CBA) reviews wage reviews and the daytoday administration of the collective agreement.
- Management of labor disputes internal investigations disciplinary actions and employment terminations.
- Deep knowledge of union processes including: assemblies voting procedures CBA legitimization and updates Internal work regulations unionmanagement relations
