The job:
- Lead the development and improvement of the Works Management System
- Ensure systems are well designed and fit for purpose
- Support the implementation and rollout of new systems including user readiness and training
- Manage system upgrades and migrations ensuring data is accurate and secure
- Work with operational teams to understand requirements and deliver practical system solutions
- Deliver clear reporting and reliable data to support performance and decision making
- Improve how data is used to drive efficiency and better outcomes
- Reduce manual effort duplication and workarounds through better system use
