Lead and manage the Music department inspiring both staff and students
Develop and deliver an engaging high-quality music curriculum across key stages
Support and encourage student performance composition and music theory development
Plan and oversee concerts productions competitions and extracurricular activities
Monitor and assess student progress providing guidance and constructive feedback
Manage departmental resources budgets and facilities
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Be a qualified teacher with strong subject knowledge in Music and leadership experience
Have excellent organisational communication and team management skills
Be passionate about inspiring creativity performance and musical excellence
Demonstrate the ability to lead a department develop staff and contribute to school strategy
