Job Description
Meaty Eats is a growing specialty retailer offering Fresh Organic Meats and Charcuterie as well as in-house Prepared Foods. We operate two locations in the GTA focusing on quality goods curated product selection and customer experience.
We are looking for full-time and part-time staff based at our Bloor West Village location to help prepare a range of items including prepared foods salads sandwiches pizza desserts and beverages. Some of the roles we will be hiring for are
- Culinary Assistant
- Production Cook
- Prep Cook
We are looking for people who have a passion for food are comfortable engaging with staff and guests and are open to learning new skills!
A Successful Candidate Will:
- Have foodservice and hospitality experience
- Possess a safe food handling certificate or similar certification
- Be focused on long-term career and company goals/objectives
- Proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Be flexible and adaptable
