Job Summary
Were looking for an enthusiastic motivated and relationshipdriven Internal Wholesaler to join our distribution team. If you love connecting with advisors enjoy a fastpaced sales environment and get energized by turning conversations into results this role is for you.
Youll support growth within an assigned territory partner closely with your Regional Vice President and play a key role in amplifying our value proposition to financial professionals. The ideal candidate is proactive organized and confident managing a highvolume desk while still delivering a great experience to every advisor they support. The position offers a commissionbased incentive with base salary and opportunities for performance bonuses and extensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify develop and maintain relationships with firms and advisors within an assigned territory.
- Share the organizations value proposition and product story to drive new business opportunities.
- Proactively promote products programs and solutions that support advisor needs and business growth.
- Partner closely with Sales Support the Regional Vice President and Sales Management to support territory strategy and execution.
- Develop individual sales goals and plans aligned to business targets.
- Build and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline to ensure consistent activity and results.
- Apply best practices to ensure personal and team success.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Contribute to messaging tools and resources that enhance distribution engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of prior sales or phonebased sales experience.
- FINRA SIE Series 6 and Series 63 (or ability to obtain within regulatory timelines).
- State Life/Health licensing (or ability to obtain).
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to build consensus and collaborate effectively.
- Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to articulate business cases and recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in financial services distribution or related industries.
- Life and Annuities experience preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Salary range is expected to be between
$45000.00 USD - $75000.00 USDEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training.
