Job Summary
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Analyst Accounting to
manage core accounting functions ensure accurate financial reporting and support
month-end and year-end close processes. The role requires strong analytical skills
process orientation and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Book Closure
Manage month-end quarter-end and year-end close
Ensure accurate recording of transactions in line with accounting
standards
Review journal entries accruals and provisions
Reconciliations
Perform and review:
o Balance sheet reconciliations
o Bank reconciliations
o Intercompany reconciliations
Investigate and resolve discrepancies
Compliance & Audit
Support:
o Statutory audit
o Internal audit
o Tax audit
Provide schedules and documentation
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for:
o Automation
o Process optimization
Work on improving controls and documentation
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
Expertise in Excel (advanced)
Experience with ERP systems (SAP)
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Good communication and stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications
36 years of relevant experience (you can tweak based on level)
Experience in startup / dynamic environment is a plus
Good to Have (Differentiators)
Exposure to:
o Automation / AI tools in finance
o Process transitions / system implementations
Required Experience:
