Job Description & Summary: A career within Global Tax and Operations
Responsibilities:
The tasks roles and responsibilities pertaining to the job role of a Senior Associate will include the following: Review Pillar Two / Global Minimum Tax safe harbour and top-up tax calculations in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations. Lead research on technical topics relating to Pillar Two and to contribute towards thought leadership materials. Monitor developments in international tax regulations related to Pillar Two and updating clients accordingly. Lead execution of the assigned engagements. Provide timely and high-quality services and work products that exceed the clients expectations. Ensure continuous compliance with all the risk and quality management standards of the firm. Manage a team of Associates Assistant Managers and Interns who would be working on specific clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including audit and tax professionals to ensure comprehensive service delivery. Coordinate with global teams for sign-offs.
Mandatory skill sets:
Working in this discipline will see a Senior Associate working on engagements and teams (the sizes of which will vary depending on client/project). To qualify for the same a Senior Associate will need: To be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4-5 year of relevant experience Other prerequisite skills include: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical and numerical skills - Ability to analyze financial statements - Number crunching ability Eye for detail
