Job Summary
Key job responsibilities
- Define/assess key performance indicators develop operational and business metrics and service level agreements for programs and processes and track delivery against global objectives.
- Lead business case development collate inputs and challenge assumptions on performance drivers and projections from stakeholders
- Develop and maintain effective partnership between Finance Operations and O2C stakeholders.
- Identify and drive opportunities for improved cash flow margin or productivity improvements related to vendor payments and receivables.
- Support operational escalations effectively to ensure root cause analysis and effective problem resolution.
- 7 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience
- 7 years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Bachelors degree in finance accounting business economics or a related analytical field (e.g. engineering math computer science)
- 5 years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
- Experience in accounts receivable or account payable
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL MS Power Query Python)
- Experience delivering results for large cross-functional initiatives/projects

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
