Job Summary:

We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role is best suited for clinicians who are comfortable working in a fast-paced high-volume environment and delivering quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide treatment for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Develop and manage treatment plans (PT) and assist with therapy execution (PTA)
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Manage a daily caseload of 1214 patients
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with clinical team to ensure optimal outcomes

Patient Population:

Outpatient Orthopedic

Required Qualifications:

Active PT or PTA license
Outpatient experience preferred
Strong communication and clinical skills
