Job Summary
Overview:
This position will oversee the partnership between KIPP Columbus Academy and our School Based Primary Care Dental and Vision Center located on KIPPs Campus. The RN Site coordinator will maintain all partnership meetings and obligations oversee the transportation workflow for students visiting the center problem solve operations and logistic needs of the center collaborate with the Clinical Manager and Service Line Administrator to anticipate and plan future needs of the center and assist the Primary Care RN as needed in clinic.
This position will also collaborate with leadership on developing a triage system specifically for the School Based Health Centers and will manage this system as part of the role.
This is a full-time year-round position.

Essential Functions:
- Provides family-centered nursing care assessing individualized patient needs addressing concerns and implementing care plans aligned with evidencebased practices.
- Collaborates with providers and other team members to maintain smooth clinic flow ensuring clinic processes and workflows comply with regulatory and policy compliance.
- Develops and delivers educational content through classroom instruction huddles and other modalities to meet site or unit needs.
- Serves as an educational resource for the assigned sites communicating policy updates and learning opportunities.
- Supports project and program development and administrative operations for assigned education and site activities.
- Documents according to organizational standards policies and procedures.
- Participates in data collection audits and quality improvement activities.
Education Requirement:
- Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited school required.
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing within five years of hire required.
Licensure Requirement:
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio required.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required.
Experience:
Three years of pediatric clinical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
