CSG is seeking a financial analyst to join our growing FinOps team. This Team supports our Cloud financial strategies as well partners closely with technical teams to assist in the management of CSG Cloud costs. This role will be involved in all aspects of Cloud Financial Management. This is an excellent opportunity for an analyst who enjoys deeper financial analytics modelling learning technology and working across multiple departments.

We are looking for a FinOps Analyst who will:

Create andmaintaindashboards to track cloud costs against Forecast and Budget

Identifycost reduction opportunities throughright-sizing increasing elasticity and cloud commitments (Savings Plan and Reserved Instances)

Build detailed forecasts for cloud costs incorporating growth trendsutilizationmetrics and product development needs

Develop KPIs and benchmarks to track cost efficiency overtime

Collaborate with product architecture and engineering teams tooptimizecloud infrastructure and meet budget targets

Provide actionable recommendations to leadership on cloud spend trends anomalies and risks

Is this opportunity right for you Were looking for candidates who have:

Experience implementinga cloudcostanalytics frameworks

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS GCP or Azure) and pricing models.

Proficiencyin financial modeling and cost analysis.

Experience with cloud cost management tools (e.g. Apptio Cloud Health AWS Cost Explorer).

Familiarity with FinOps principles and frameworks.

Analytical detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver with a passion for efficiency and cost management.

Strong critical thinking and ability to solve abstract problems
