About the Role
Were looking for a decisive results-oriented leader to join our team as Vice President this role you will serve as the operating leader and general manager for Payments with ownership of P&L results operating discipline and scalable execution. You will be accountable for commercial performance operational execution and strategic growth of the Payments business including Car IQ. You will ensure payments capabilities deliver reliable secure and differentiated value while supporting broader enterprise strategy.
What Youll Do
- Own end-to-end P&L accountability for Payments and Car IQ businesses including revenue growth margin expansion and cost discipline.
- Set and execute payments strategy aligned to enterprise priorities translating strategy into measurable outcomes.
- Lead business planning forecasting and investment prioritization across annual and multi-year horizons.
- Establish performance management rhythms with KPIs tied to financial results and customer outcomes.
- Act as the single point of accountability across Product Technology Operations Risk Compliance Sales and Customer Success.
- Drive operational excellence across payments processing settlement onboarding partner operations and support.
- Ensure operating models resourcing and platforms are scalable and aligned to enterprise standards.
- Own the payments ecosystem including embedded payments fuel and mobility payments digital wallets and real-time capabilities.
- Lead fintech network processor and banking partnerships to ensure performance resilience and value.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory security and risk requirements while maintaining strong controls and trust.
Basic Qualifications
- 1215 years of leadership experience in payments fintech financial services or platform-based businesses.
- Proven experience leading a payments or transaction-based P&L with significant scale and complexity.
- Demonstrated success in a General Management or business operations leadership role.
- Deep understanding of payments ecosystems fintech partnerships regulatory environments and security controls.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in complex matrixed organizations.

- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on reliability trust and value creation.
- Decisive leadership style with strong communication skills and executive presence.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and external partners effectively.
