Job Summary
Stohlman Volkswagen & Subaru of Tysons is seeking a dedicated and reliable Service Coordinator to join our team in Tysons this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring the service departments efficiency and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
As the primary point of contact with our customers you will help keep our service department running smoothly. If you enjoy helping people staying organized and working in a fast-paced environment we would love to meet you.

What Youll Do
- Welcome customers and create a positive service experience
- Answer calls and schedule service appointments
- Follow up with customers after their visit
- Communicate customer needs clearly with the service team
- Manage appointment flow and ensure timely coordination
- Handle payments and provide accurate receipts
- Maintain organized service and accounting records
- Assist with loaner vehicle coordination
