Job Summary

1. Support the Brigade delivery of all Trg matters including: OTXs Battlefield Studies and Adventurous Training.

2. Provide units with SME Trg advice and assurance.

3. Regular liaison with Training Establishments to act as the Brigade bridge to units on all Trg matters.

4. Monitor and coordinate Individual and Collective Trg across the Brigade.

5. Deliver Trg to members of the Brigade HQ as required.

6. Brigade lead planner and delivery agent for the Brigade Competition.

7. Support the Staffing of the Brigade Operating Order Brigade Plan and all associated Brigade Directives.

8. Any other tasks as directed by the Chain of Command.

The HQ supports hybrid working where output can be delivered remotely. Any requirement to be physically present in York will have sufficient notice.

Allocation of 44-164 RSDs depending on output requirements and individual availability.
