Job Summary
Primary Purpose Of Position
The Professional Writing Consultant will provide writing assistance to graduate and undergraduate students. The Professor Writing Consultants primary responsibility will be to assist graduate students and undergraduate students who are producing complex research projects and preparing for standardized test such as the Praxis Core Writing exam.
Preferred Years Experience Skills Training Education
Minimum: M.A. in Writing Studies Composition Studies English Technical Writing or a related field Preferred: The candidate should have at least two years of experience working as a writing tutor in a university writing center and/or at least one year of experience teaching first-year composition at a university.
