Description: As a CX4U Consultant you will be responsible for designing and delivering technology architecture for a platform product or engagement. Your role involves defining solutions that meet performance capability and scalability needs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams. Intermediate proficiency in Oracle CX4U and DCS is required. Intermediate proficiency in Oracle Customer Experience (CX) is recommended. Additionally intermediate proficiency in Applications Architecture Technology Architecture Oracle Customer Experience (CX) Cloud Solution Design and Oracle Unity Customer Data Platform is suggested. Develop comprehensive technology architecture plans that align with project goals and client requirements. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of architectural solutions. Analyze complex technical challenges and propose innovative scalable solutions to enhance system performance. Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment. Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve architectural approaches and maintain competitive advantage.
