Chainels is building the operating system for real estate and for the urban spaces around it. The TenantOS helps property managers and landlords run their shopping centres and residential buildings engage tenants and prove their impact. While City Connect the UrbanOS does the same for the community managers of cities streets and business parks. Youll work across both brands. Were post-Series A trusted across 20 countries powering 1000 communities and 500000 users and on a trajectory to 10M ARR. AI is our way forward; its not a buzzword its how we will grow and its becoming how our platform thinks.
Key responsibilities
Content Co-creation (60%)
Together with Megan youll form our content production factory. The goal: dramatically more content more formats more consistency.
- Brainstorm storylines narratives and content concepts together with Megan
- Co-produce video content from scripting and shooting to editing and publishing
- Edit and repurpose content specifically for paid channels and ad formats
- Produce testimonial and case study videos with customers and partners
- Create City Connect content (video social web)
- Design your own creative assets using AI-powered tools (Canva Sora etc.) you have a feel for what looks good and arent afraid to create it yourself
Demand & Performance (40%)
You own the paid engine and make sure our target accounts see us everywhere.
- Run and optimise LinkedIn Ads campaigns theres room to grow and a clear mandate to scale this
- Execute ABM campaigns targeting our two ICPs in commercial real estate and residential real estate
- Monitor and optimise SEO/GEO oversee automations track performance and keep our organic discoverability sharp
- Improve website conversion rates (CRO) and manage landing pages
- Build and manage marketing automations and email workflows (HubSpot) youll be the marketing sparring partner for our RevOps engineer
- Set up and maintain performance reporting: campaign-to-opportunity tracking demo requests pipeline influence
- Manage the City Connect LinkedIn page and paid distribution
Field marketing & events (together with the rest of us)
- Organise mini-events and intimate meetups for target accounts in real estate
- Handle logistics for Provada (our most important conference in our home market) and other conference stands
- Support the organisation of our City event City Connect Live together with our partner
Who you are
- 25 years of experience in B2B marketing ideally in SaaS or tech
- Youve run paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads Google Ads or similar) and can read a dashboard without breaking a sweat
- You have a genuine creative side youre not afraid to pick up a camera write a script storyboard an idea or design your own creative assets
- A strong eye for detail and an instinct for what looks good youll be working with our brand daily and we need someone who cares about quality and visual consistency
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred) and basic CRM workflows
- You understand SEO fundamentals and have a data-informed approach to content distribution
- Comfortable working with AI tools in your daily workflow you see them as accelerators not threats
- Proactive hands-on and not precious about thats not my job in a small team everyone pitches in
- Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken)
- Based in or near the Rotterdam area (we work hybrid 2 days in the office)
Bonus points
- Youve worked in proptech real estate or another niche B2B vertical
- Experience with ABM tools or strategies
- You can edit video to a decent standard (CapCut Premiere DaVinci were not picky)
- Youve managed event logistics before
- You know your way around Figma Canva or similar design tools
