We are looking for a motivated organized and detailoriented person who will be involved in daily office operations while contributing to the coordination and management of internal processes and documentation.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage front desk activities and internal/external communication flows.
- Support the daily organization of the office including suppliers orders and materials.
- Prepare meeting rooms welcome guests and coordinate internal logistics.
- Update and maintain company documentation in line with internal procedures.
- Collect data compile records and prepare informational reports.
- Carry out formal checks on documents and support their proper distribution across teams.
- Contribute to the definition and updating of internal procedures and operational workflows.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Precision and a structured methodical approach to work.
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) essential for frequent contacts with international companies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with digital tools (e.g. Share Point).
