Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- Build test and inspect electro-mechanical assemblies according to specifications
- Assemble sub-assemblies and system-level hardware
- Perform in-process sub-assembly and product testing as needed
- Complete Device History Record data documentation
- Assemble and test reconditioned hardware when required
- Perform packaging functions in Instruments Manufacturing when necessary
- Ensure compliance with QSR ISO EH&S and company policies
- Use basic hand tools (screwdrivers wrenches torque tools crimpers soldering irons) proficiently
- Follow written assembly and test procedures including mechanical drawings
- Use basic mechanical inspection tools (calipers indicators)
- Operate basic electrical test equipment (multimeters)
- Support manufacturing and service operations for forecasting regulatory and policy compliance
- Provide training to team members as needed
- Participate in risk reduction and workplace safety initiatives
- Support internal audits of manufacturing processes for compliance
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience/training
