Job Summary

Java Execution Developer (Hybrid NYC 3 Days Onsite)
Comp: $225K $300K Bonus

We are looking for a Java Execution Developer to build and support mission-critical trading and post-trade systems in a high-performance financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and support FIX Drop Copy & STP workflows
Develop Java & SQL Server-based trading applications
Integrate with brokers exchanges and trading platforms
Partner with Trading Compliance and Operations teams
Improve system reliability performance and scalability
Provide Level 3 production support and issue resolution
Leverage modern/AI-enabled tools to enhance development

Required Skills:

5 years of Java & SQL Server development
Strong SQL expertise (CTEs stored procedures indexing transactions)
Experience with Git Jenkins GitHub
Hands-on with IntelliJ or similar IDEs
Experience in financial markets (Fixed Income FX Futures or Equities)

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
High ethical standards and ownership mindset
