Job Description:-

Key Responsibilities

Technical Lead: Designing robust scalable backend services using Java (8/11/17) and Spring Boot ensuring performance and scalability.
Development & Coding: Writing and reviewing complex maintainable code promoting best practices like TDD.
Team Mentorship: Guiding engineers conducting code reviews.
Architecture & Design: Developing detailed technical design documents participating in architectural decisions and ensuring consistency across components.
System Integrity: Managing technical debt identifying risks and troubleshooting production issues.
DevOps & Deployment: Overseeing deployment and integration into pipelines (e.g. CI/CD via Jenkins GitLab).

Required Technical Skills

Core Java & Frameworks: Expert-level Java Spring Framework (Spring Boot Spring MVC Spring Data).
Architecture: Proven experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
Databases: Strong SQL/NoSQL experience (e.g. PostgreSQL MySQL MongoDB Oracle).
Tools & Methodologies: Experience with CI/CD tools Git Agile/Scrum and JUnit for testing.

Experience & Qualifications

Typically 12 years of experience in Java software development.
Previous experience in a lead role or as a senior engineer mentoring others.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
