Job Summary

Job Description:
- Provide technical leadership and oversee the daily mobile engineering operations
- Define and drive the mobile architecture strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead the design and development of scalable highperformance mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript
- Architect modular reusable component systems and scalable state management solutions Redux Zustand Context API etc
- Design clean navigation deep linking and mobile routing strategies React Navigation Expo Router
- Implement secure authentication flows OAuthOIDC biometrics secure storage token lifecycle management
- Drive native module integrations Swift Kotlin for SDKs such as payments fraud detection analytics push notifications and device security
- Optimize mobile performance startup time bundle size memory usage rendering performance offline caching
- Establish CICD pipelines for mobile Fastlane EAS Build App Store Connect Google Play Console
- Lead app release management versioning strategy and store compliance
- Ensure adherence to mobile security best practices privacy compliance and accessibility standards
- Partner with backend teams to define API contracts and optimize mobilebackend interactions
- Champion automated testing Jest React Native Testing Library Detox and code quality standards
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of ownership craftsmanship and continuous improvement
- Participate in architecture reviews and roadmap planning for longterm mobile platform scalability
What You Bring to the Table
- Strong handson experience building productiongrade apps using React Native and TypeScript
- Deep understanding of Expo ecosystem EAS OTA updates build pipelines native configuration
- Expertise in mobile architecture patterns Clean Architecture MVVM modular architecture
- Experience integrating native iOS Swift and Android Kotlin modules into React Native apps
- Strong understanding of app lifecycle memory management threading and performance tuning
- Experience implementing push notifications deep linking analytics SDKs and mobile security frameworks
- Familiarity with authentication flows OIDC PKCE secure token handling
- Experience with API integrations REST GraphQL and handling network resiliencyofflinefirst design
- Strong understanding of mobile DevOps CICD and release governance
- Experience collaborating in Agile environments and influencing crossfunctional stakeholders
- Ability to balance handson development with strategic architectural leadership
- Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- 10 years of software development experience
- 6 years of handson mobile development experience
- 4 years leading React Native applications in production environments
- Proven experience delivering apps to both Apple App Store and Google Play Store
- Experience working with cloudbased backends Azure AWS or GCP
- Strong experience with CICD pipelines automated testing and DevOps best practices
- Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring engineers and guiding technical direction
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to make strategic architectural decisions balancing business and technical needs
