Job Description

Role: Senior CAD Design Engineer
Location: Wauwatosa Wisconsin - (Onsite)
Duration: Full-Time - Permanent

Provide CAD design support for:
- Plastic components
- Metallic components
- Soft foam components
Work on motorcycle and parts & accessories development projects
Create and update:
- Creo models
- Engineering drawings
- Assemblies and complex surfaces
Perform engineering calculations:
- Tolerance stack-up analysis
- Bolted joint calculations
Collaborate with:
- Suppliers
- Engineering teams
Support:
- Build activities
- Mock-up evaluations
Participate in:
- PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) reviews

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree (BS) in Engineering or related field

Additional Notes:

Strong hands-on experience in Creo is mandatory
Experience in automotive or motorcycle design environment preferred
Ability to work onsite in Wauwatosa Wisconsin
Role is focused on product design and development lifecycle support
