- Base salary range for a Quality Coordinator ranges between $65000 and $70000 CAD annually based on experience.
At our facility in Vaughan you candevelop your full potential sustainablyby applying your expertise within thePackaging team as the Quality Coordinator:
- Drive project development and continuous improvement in quality systems waste reduction food safety and manufacturing efficiency.
- Propose innovative solutions implement best practices and enhance performance tools.
- Act as liaison with internal/external customers providing support and maintaining strong business relationships.
- Manage complaints and non-conformances perform root cause analysis track trends corrective actions and conduct statistical analysis.
- Ensure compliance with certifications (ISO BRCGS FSC H&S) coordinate audits and apply work instructions with corrective/preventive measures.
- Perform product testing and validations including customer specifications and equipment calibrations; collect/input data and prepare KPIs dashboards and documentation.
- Promote safety culture and contribute to action plans supporting problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

You too put forward your strengths:
- College diploma or 35 years of experience in Quality/Continuous Improvement ideally in manufacturing; knowledge of ISO BRC Health & Safety and Six Sigma.
- Working knowledge of SAP and computer programs (Microsoft Suite)
- Ability to analyze issues take timely action and deliver efficient high-quality results.
- Strong teamwork relationship-building listening and effective communication skills.
- Proactive solution-oriented with strong planning prioritization and organizational abilities.
