Amazons Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program is one of the fastest growing parts of our logistics network empowering entrepreneurs to build and lead their own last mile delivery businesses. Our Business Coaches (BCs) and DSPs are central to delivering millions of packages every day and their success depends on world-class training and education.

We are looking for a Learning Manager to define create and deliver training experiences that help DSPs and BCs succeed from day one and continue to grow their businesses this role you will be both a program owner and a content creator: youll partner with business and product teams subject matter experts and global stakeholders to translate complex requirements into simple engaging and scalable learning solutions. Your work will directly influence the quality safety and efficiency of Amazons last mile delivery network.

This role is inherently cross-functional; youll collaborate with program managers product managers operations leaders and technology teams across geographies. Drive a bold vision for learning that equips DSPs and BCs with the knowledge skills and tools to run successful last mile businesses.
Design and deliver scalable learning content (e-learning facilitator-led training micro-learning job aids) grounded in instructional design best practices.
Own end-to-end program management of learning initiatives: conduct needs analysis develop content implement programs and measure results.
Partner with stakeholders worldwide to align on business priorities and ensure training is relevant timely and impactful.
Define and track metrics to measure learning effectiveness using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Facilitate partner-facing training and represent the DSP program in large and small group settings answering complex questions with confidence.



- 2 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Bachelors degree in relevant field or 2 years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full time experience
- Experience in a highly analytical results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions

- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Experience using Microsoft Projects software

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
